The Grannies Programme provides support for elderly community members. It operates twice a week, offering moral support, health stimulation, balanced meals, physical exercises, and Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET) classes. It is designed to combat poverty and social isolation among our elders.
We primarily serve the community of Daveyton and the surrounding areas, including Chris Hani, Mina Nawe, Etwatwa, Maphupheni, Crystal Park, and Putfontein.
We take the safety and development of every child seriously. Our key duties include following a structured school program, assessing children regularly, and maintaining detailed progress reports. Additionally, we have a strict policy to report any suspected child abuse to the relevant government institutions immediately.
